Your tasks

Designing and creating the data model for the data warehouse, including entityrelationship diagrams, data flow diagrams, and schema designs (in an Oracle database);
Building, maintaining and integrating data from multiple sources into the data warehouse, ensuring consistency and accuracy (KNIME being the main ETL tool);
Implementing data quality checks and processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the data warehouse;
Documenting and keeping data warehouse documentation (data model, dictionaries and metadata) up to date;
Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other analytics solutions built on top of the data warehouse (main BI tools are Qlik Sense, Python or R);
Prepare advanced and complex SQL queries including query tuning and optimize query performance and other database objects; Development and maintenance of business intelligence solutions built in Qlik Sense, Python, R or similar tools.

Requirements:

University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
At least 5 years of excellent knowledge in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, cloud technologies and data warehouse development;
At least 5 years of excellent expertise in ETL tools (such as KNIME, Pentaho or Talend);
At least 5 years of excellent expertise in Python/R, Qlik Sense, PowerBI or similar tools;
Excellent knowledge of data modelling and schema design as well as the ability to properly document data dictionaries, metadata and data models;
Ability to cope with fastchanging technologies used in data analytics, business intelligence and data warehousing activities;
Experience with cloudbased technologies (such as Amazon Redshift or Azure) would be considered an asset;
Excellent command of the English language.
