Project & Operations Officer (Merchandising & Admin) - Brussels

TMS.SITE specializes in designing high-quality workwear for Industrial Athletes who work in demanding environments. We're a Hong Kong workwear company running B2B uniform projects and a D2C brand on Shopify.What You'll Do:
- Project Coordination: Liaise with factories on production, samples & delivery. Handle fullcycle docs (Quotations, POs, Invoices). Track timelines and arrange QC.
- Operations & Admin: Maintain expense/sales records, prepare monthly reports (Excel), organize filing systems (Google Drive/Notion), and handle general admin.
- Ecommerce Support: Manage Shopify backend (listings, inventory, fulfillment) and handle customer inquiries via Email/WhatsApp.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years in Merchandising, Sales Admin, or Trading operations
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) — this is a must
- Good English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Selfmotivated, organized, detailoriented, comfortable working independently
- Bonus: Shopify or Notion experience
