Job Description

Defines and negotiates Service Level Agreements (SLA's) for the ERP landscape.
Tracks the usage and performance of ERP systems.
Guides and recommends standard solutions to local businesses as needed.
Collaborates with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure security and risk management of the ERP Landscape.
Collaborates with the Digital Factory leadership to ensure seamless integration of market-facing solutions with the ERP backbone.
Works with the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) manager to oversee the infrastructure hosting ERP services.
Supports the CISO in controlling and reviewing Business Disaster Recovery & BCP plans.
Cultivates an environment for the Business Application team to maximize technology value.
Collaborates with HR and the broader IT & Data leadership team to create a Business Applications "people strategy" aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to Business Applications Team leads and staff.
Monitors and controls group ERP spending on a monthly basis.

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in project management, resource planning, solution design, and development.
Strong leadership skills.
In-depth understanding of complex functional and operational processes.
Excellent at resource planning and setting priorities.
Well-organized problem solver with strong business acumen.
Exceptional communication and writing abilities.
Proficiency in English language.
