Overview:
As HR Assistant you will become part of the EMENA HR team, where your primary role would involve providing administrative assistance to the HR department and supporting various HR-related tasks such as time registration, HR projects, HR reporting, HRIS, Company cars,) Your role as an HR Assistant revolves around providing administrative assistance, coordinating HR tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR departments.

Responsibilities:

As HR Assistant you'll be entrusted with a diverse array of responsibilities, such as:

  • Administrative Support: You will handle general administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing files and records, drafting correspondence, data/contract management, and maintaining employee databases.
  • Company Car Management: You will manage the company car procedure in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits Manager
  • Recruitment Support: You may assist with the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, collecting feedback and notes and creating Hiring Folders
  • Employee Onboarding: You will help with the onboarding process by preparing and collecting new hire paperwork, setting up employee files, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • HR Documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, policies, and procedures. This involves ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Benefits and Compensation: You may assist in employee benefits program administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • HR Projects: Depending on the needs of the HR department, you may participate in various HR projects such as HR system implementations, policy updates, or process improvements
  • HR Reporting: You may assist in generating HR reports and metrics, including employee headcounts, turnover rates, and other relevant HR analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant by experience
  • Accurate and well organized
  • Proactive and dynamic personality
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office and specific Excel
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexible and handson
  • High level of accountability and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity and be able to deal appropriately with confidential information
