Role and Responsibilities


Responsibilities:


Your main responsibility as a Sales Administration Officer is to ensure the administration follow-up of the sales process by following the rules and regulation of Samsung in order to increase the sales of the assigned product portfolio and assigned customer portfolio.


Besides that your responsibilities are the following:

  • You ensure a correct administration of the sales and logístical process of the sales department within the rules and regulations of Samsung in order to keep track of the assigned product portfolio. Tracks transactions and prepares reports regarding information such as order status, sales results, leads, sales quotas, sales representative earnings and returns.
  • You create sales reports in order to analyze the current sales process and stock management of the assigned product portfolio. Assure the delivery of the assigned product portfolio on the correct data, within the rules and regulations for the company, in order to achieve the best customer satisfaction.
  • You establish customer satisfaction in order to realize the made agreements and a good relationship with the customers external and internal.

As a Sales Administration Officer you'll be part of the SCM team located in Diegem, Belgium. You will have four colleagues and report to the Teamlead SCM.

The ideal Sales Administration Officer recognize themselves in the following profile:

  • You have a bachelor degree
  • You are fluent in Dutch, and a good level in English and French
