Who You'll Work With:


  • You will be based in our European offices as part of our client activation function, in the central services broader team. You will work with various groups across the firm to enable client development/activation. You will specifically work on the client activation personalization team with other specialists supporting B2B personalized, digitallyenabled outreach, reporting to the client activation campaign manager. You will collaborate with client activation management, cell leaders, partners, the CRM team, and communications colleagues.

What You'll Do:


  • You will build new, strategic and innovative ways to reach client executives through a variety of digital B2B channels. You will be responsible for supporting 35 cells/business units with their B2B accountbased marketing strategy, executing 1020 campaigns per month.
  • In this role, you will plan and execute personalized B2B client development/activation and marketing campaign strategies for different industries and functions. Each campaign will have thoughtful audience targeting and segmentation to match individuals to the content most relevant to their interests.
  • You will study campaign results to assess effectiveness and identify learnings to incorporate into future campaigns, continuously conducting A/B tests to determine the most effective outreach techniques in terms of timing, content, format, design, language, etc. You will report back to senior leaders on the effectiveness and business impact of campaigns executed including reaching a target number of generated qualified leads and tracking their journey through a funnel/pipeline. You will innovate and test new approaches across multiple channels (e.g., targeted accountbased marketing (ABM) techniques for social media), manage internal stakeholder and team expectations throughout delivery, and manage risk and issue escalations related to the campaigns.
  • In addition, you will support leadership discussions and report outs, participate in problem solving related to client activation and personalization (e.g. new tech and systems), and interface and work in collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree
  • 4+ years in B2B marketing and/or sales strategy and operations
  • Quantifiable track record of successful B2B marketing as measured by marketingqualified leads (MQLs) and/or salesqualified leads (SQLs)
  • Demonstrated experience with accountbased marketing or key account marketing strategies and tactics
  • Highly proficient in Excel

Bonus:
