Job summary
We are looking for European Public Affairs professionals ideally located in Brussels with flexibility for remote work Our day-to-day responsibilities will include proactive monitoring of key information sources including the European Commission European Parliament EU Institutions eg eu-LISA Frontex Europol European Union Asylum Agency on issues relating to Schengen Border Management Biometrics Identity Verification Migration Home Affairs European Entry/Exit System EES European Travel Information and Authorisation System ETIAS European Digital Travel Application DTA Digital Travel Credentials DTCs Digital Schengen Visa European Visa Application Platform and the use of Advance Passenger Information API and Passenger Name Record PNR data You will be responsible for policy analysis identifying and engaging key stakeholders policymakers across various EU institutions preparing briefings arranging supporting meetings events interfacing with clients developing the public affairs business commercially This is a hybrid role with flexible options to work remotely as required Candidates must be a national or permanent resident of an EU Member State Successful candidates will have a keen interest in travel border security an ability to work independently as part of a team experience qualifications in European Studies and an ability to consistently perform to an exceptional standard of quality often under pressure to meet tight timescales
