We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Communications Executive - Cross Selling Specialist to join our Cross Selling team.


In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer-facing communications strategies and marketing materials aimed at cross selling new software products within our existing client base.

You will collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager (Cross Selling Specialist) to craft effective multi-channel communication playbooks tailored to various brands under our umbrella, ensuring a successful product launch and ongoing cross-selling efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate with Product Teams:

Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager (Cross Selling Specialist) and product and marketing teams to understand product features, benefits, and target audience insights.


Content production:

You will liaise with relevant stakeholders to create engaging content across channels, including website, social and training materials supporting both launch and customer success.


Communications playbooks:

Develop comprehensive communication playbooks for each new software product launch, encompassing digital channels, sales training materials, and other relevant touchpoints.


Communications roll out:

Work with regional marketing teams to customize communication strategies to reflect regional languages, competition, and cultural nuances across our European markets.


Coordinate with Marketing Teams:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.


Monitor Performance and Optimization:
Analyse customer feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to continuously optimize communication strategies and drive cross-selling effectiveness.


Maintain best practice:
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in product communications and cross-selling techniques.


Remain focused on core KPI's:
Work towards increasing new customer volumes through targeted cross-selling efforts and driving growing monthly recurring revenue.


Requirements:


  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on crossselling strategies within a technology or software environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and methodologies, with the ability to develop and execute effective gotomarket plans.
  • Experience in developing omnichannel communication strategies across digital platforms, sales materials, and training materials.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work crossfunctionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Familiarity with hosting services or SaaS industry trends and competitive landscape is a plus.
