Responsibilities:

Plan and execute medium to largescale highlevel event projects for EU Institutions.
Manage all aspects of medium and largesized event projects from conception to completion.
Generate innovative ideas to enhance audience and stakeholder experiences.
Develop event concepts and formats tailored to client needs.
Maintain regular communication with clients, predominantly within the EU Institutions.
Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with internal creative and production teams as well as external service providers and suppliers.
Supervise project tasks on a daily basis and ensure quality control.
Provide sustainable, innovative, and inclusive event services.
Contribute to the preparation of technical and financial offers for eventrelated tenders.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of event organization and management experience in a communication environment, preferably within the EU Institutions and the European Commission.
Strong communication and clientoriented skills.
Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
Proficiency in project and time management (Prince 2 certification preferred).
Proven track record of organizing and delivering complex, medium, and largescale online and physical event projects.
Familiarity with various online registration, conferencing, and engagement tools and platforms.
Ability to lead project implementation teams effectively.
Knowledge of the Brussels market and experience in contracting event logistics suppliers and venues in Belgium and other EU countries.
Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of other languages such as German is advantageous.
Commitment to delivering highquality, creative, and sustainable event services.
Basic understanding of registration tools like CVENT, Swoogo, and B2Match is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple event projects concurrently, both in preparation and implementation stages.
