System Administrator (m/f/d) in DeviceManagement - focus on Windows

Permanentposition, full-time - Cologne Your tasks

• 2nd level support (by phone,remotely and on site) and working in the ticket system
• The (further) development of group guidelines and modernpolicies, also with regard to current security recommendations andstandards
• Simplifying administrativeactivities with the help of scripts (e.g. with Powershell, Batch,Python or similar)
• The administration,configuration and further development of the existing softwaredistribution infrastructure (OPSI)
• Contributing to the planning, management and support of IT projectsand plans (e.g. introduction of Windows 11)
• The creation of concepts and installation instructions

Your profile

• Successfully completed IT training with relevantprofessional experience or studies in the field of computer science
• Ideally, relevant Microsoft certificationsare already available (e.g. MD-102, MTA, MCSA or MCSE)
• You work just as well independently as part of a team
• A good technical understanding, a pronouncedservice and solution orientation as well as a structured andcareful way of working characterize you
• Optionally, you have a class B driving license
• Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite -English is an advantage

Yourexperience

• You are familiar withMicrosoft technologies (Windows client and server operatingsystems, Active Directory, group policies)
• Optionally, you have already gained experience with MicrosoftEndpoint Manager (Intune)
• You have alreadygained initial experience in planning, managing or implementing ITprojects
• Experience with scripting orprogramming languages (Powershell, Python or others)
• Experience in creating concepts and installationinstructions
• Optionally, rudimentary Linuxknowledge is already available
• Knowledge inthe planning and coordination of rollouts
