Beschrijving
Responsibilities Include:
Organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other necessary meetings.
Scheduling and overseeing key steps of the methodology.
Ensuring smooth utilization of the Scrum methodology and aiding the project team in overcoming obstacles.
Providing assistance or guidance to the Product Owner regarding the Product Backlog.
Supporting the team in achieving the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
Monitoring team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress tracking.
Methodology Implementation and Coaching:
Coaching and challenging the project team.
Assisting the team in addressing difficulties and fostering gradual self-organization.
Removing impediments to team effectiveness and safeguarding them from external distractions.
Acting as an advocate for agile methods within the organization.
Offering reporting to superiors on the effective deployment of the Scrum methodology in projects.
Risk and Issue Management:
Managing risks and issues as they arise, ensuring they are appropriately addressed.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in Dutch and/or French, in addition to English.
Education and Certification:
Relevant education and certification in Agile methodologies.
Travel and Telework:
Flexible work arrangement with 50% on-site and 50% remote work.
Agile Requirements:
Ensuring cross-functional teams with representation from all necessary disciplines.
Encouraging team members to take on various roles and contribute to different disciplines to achieve sprint goals.
Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Technical expertise is essential, including familiarity with agile reporting and follow-up tools such as Jira.
Understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration tooling.
Strong grasp of software development and project management methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Business experience, particularly expertise in agile methodologies such as Kanban.
Soft skills such as strategic thinking, negotiation, facilitation, drive, and enthusiasm are highly valued.
