For our sales department, we are recruiting a Customer Service Officer (m/w/x).You are a customer service professional with proven experience in this field, and more specifically:
- A bachelor's degree with commercial orientation.
- A minimum of 2 years of related working experience in IT industry or services industry is preferred
- Have experience with complex databases and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer service oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills
- Fluency in English and French. Any other language is a further added value.
- Living in Belgium and flexible to come to the office in a hybrid working mode
The primary accountabilities in this role are:
- Deliver an excellent customer service experience, be a problem solver in case of issues, and represent Hex-Rays to these customers as a customer-friendly, qualitative, and reliable company
- Collect and process customer orders on a daily basis
- Regularly update internal stakeholders on customers feedback and enhance customer satisfaction
