Traxial is looking for a passionate prototype technician for assembling prototype motors and associated components.

The prototype technician is a member of the operational team of experts who passionately collaborate on a portfolio of motors.

Although experience in assembly is a plus, we are mainly looking for a skilled and motivated colleague with an eye for detail.

The right attitude and "can do" mentality are essential.

This is what you'll do:

Building prototypes, proof of concept, and even complete motors.
Accurate mounting of all components (stator, rotor, shaft, bearings, etc).
Assemble motors according to internal standards, clear procedures, and quality requirements.
Conduct experiments and develop assembly process optimizations.
Complete the tasks on time and to high-quality standards.

Who we are looking for?

Degree in a technical field, preferably (electro) mechanics.
Several years of relevant handson work experience in a mechanical assembly/production environment is a plus.
You are familiar with different mechanical technologies and you can operate a multitude of mechanical workshop tools.
You have a focus on detail and quality in all your tasks.

You are proactive, a good communicator, versatile, and have the flexibility to easily deal with change.

You are proficient in working with computers and developing/following work instructions.
You can work independently as well as in a team.
