In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

Develop and executes a strategic and tactical sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales of products / product portfolio of Image Guided Therapy in the domain of interventional cardiology, vascular surgery and interventional radiology.

You will be responsible to drive the overall IGT Business in Belgium and Luxembourg and collaborates with the Account Managers in pre and post sales activities.

You will drive and support product and solution deals by providing clinical and technical product expertise across the hospital accounts.


You are responsible for

  • Defining and controlling the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guidelines;
  • Supporting Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts, while at the same time able to drive own deals;
  • Initiating the required internal actions, monitoring the progress and push for the deliverables;
  • Giving presentations on local management level, including presentations of technical information;
  • Partnering with Marketing to with input on sales tools, pricing issues and competitive threats which enable Marketing to best support the Specialists and provide input to the Business Group;
  • Preparing and delivering accurate business forecasting on a monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management.

The Philips BNL Healthcare Organization is the sales and service organisation with roughly 400 employees, with 135 active in Philips BeLux organization.

You will be part of the Benelux Image Guided Therapy and CardioVascular solutions team and report into the business manager IGT.

Philips Image Guided Therapy is the global leader in Image Guided Therapy products, solutions and services.


To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • A Bachelor or Master Degree with Academic conceptual level;
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of clinical or sales experience (B2B);
  • Experience in the Healthcare sector, preferably within the Cathlab/Angiolab/Hybrid OR environment;
  • Selfdriving team player; Frequently interacts with doctors and clinical physicists at our customers;
  • Able to think and act cross boundaries and work in virtual multidisciplinary teams;
  • Good Communication
- and Negotiation skills;

  • Customer oriented and stress resistant;
  • Fluent in French and proficient in Dutch or English.
