To strengthen our finance team, we're looking for an experienced accountant who can help our different entities keep their accounting in order.


Job description:

You will be part of our Corporate Finance team in Antwerp.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • You document financial transactions by entering account information
  • You prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
  • You prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • You summarize the current financial status of our entities by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
  • You provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports and annual accounts
  • You comply with financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
  • You assist in the monthly closings of the operating entities
  • You assist during financial audits

Profile:


  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in accounting, corporate finance or similar
  • You are proactive and able to work autonomously
  • You have an eye for details, work in an organised way and are able to maintain confidentiality
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch & English
