• Managing one or several projects and leading project teams in the civil concrete construction field.
• Responsible for work preparation and procurement.
• Taking responsibility for the execution of work while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental measures are met.
• Supervising assigned employees in a people-oriented manner to optimize their skills.

Profile and Skills:

• Completed HBO/WO degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience as a supervisor in civil concrete construction.
• Experience with projects under UAV-gc and D&C contracts.
