What You'll Do:

As an Associate IT Consultant, you will work in an international environment, closely with our client's leadership teams to understand their key challenges, define IT strategies, win buy-in for your recommendations and collaborate with BCG case team members across our European region to transform client potential into performance with high-impact assignments.

You'll provide support for the technical analysis and the review of IT architectures or the IT product evaluation for different industries and technical environments
You'll independently prepare ITrelated project content such as the analysis and optimization of IT processes and IT value chains
You'll be responsible for the preparation and followup of meetings and presentations and all project related analysis and data

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications):

You hold (or soon to be graduated) a Master degree in Computer Engineering, Information System, Computer Science, AI, Data, Business engineering or related discipline
You own very good IT skills and ideally have already gained first practical experience via internships or as working student (SWdevelopment, IT project management, IT services processes)
You are Fluent in English, and French or Dutch
Flexible, curious and creative, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas
Driven, hardworking, entrepreneurial, proactive and team player
Willing to travel and to work on client sites
Excellent communication skills
