Findhu is looking for a dynamic and energetic
Risk & Compliance Consultant, who will integrate one of the market leaders in the consulting business in Belgium with
a relocated PT-BE Project
Are you ready for this adventure?


What are you going to do:

  • Play a major role in enterprise and operational risk management assignments;
  • Participate and conduct client meetings, supporting the business development with presentations, written reviews, and proposals to nullify risks and hold risks workshop;
  • Coordinate the junior colleagues' work, reviewing it and giving feedback;
  • Analyze processes, with special attention on risk and control, proposing to the client practical solutions for improvement, through written reports.

Your Best Skills:


  • You have a master's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management and/or internal control;
  • You have a critical mindset, curiosity and are willing to think outside of the box, and have a strong analytical view, always striving to do things correctly.
  • You are communicative, flexible, and independent.
  • Working in a team and supervising junior colleagues appeals to you.
  • You know how to communicate with clients in a smooth, correct, but assertive way.
  • Speak English fluently (French and Dutch are a plus)
  • You are willing to embrace a new challenge in another country and take the biggest step in your career (We can help with this)
