We are looking for an engineer with personal drive, determination, and motivation to participate to the transformation of ArcelorMittal Construction.

The main objective of the mission is to take over the development and the deployment of our Manufacturing Execution System among our European facilities and our different product-lines.

This strategical project is key to manage our operations with more efficiency and transparency.

A first project-phase has already been successfully deployed on one of our product-lines.

Your contribution will ensure quick scale up on the first product-line and development of the project on the other ones.

Profile

You are a versatile result-oriented project manager, able to set-up and follow a clear roadmap, to understand deeply the process and the needs of your internal customer, to solve problems, to deploy and optimize a solution.

Your excellent communication skills allow you to adapt to your various stakeholders in an international environment:
CEO, plant management, subcontractors, operators, IT, etc. You like to be on the shopfloor when necessary, especially during start-up phases.

An experience in Operations or IT will help you to succeed, but the above-mentioned qualities are more important than your background.
