    Your main responsibilities:

    You will be in charge of the overall management of the payroll process for a portfolio of local and/or international clients.

    More specifically, you will :

    • Ensure the accuracy of calculated salaries
    • Verify the integrity of the calculations
    • Ensure compliance with current regulations and legislation

    What We Expect:

    • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in payroll, HR, finance, management, or accounting
    • Knowledge of Luxembourgish tax and social legislation
    • Good communication skills (oral and written) in French and English (minimum B2 level required)
    • Highly organized
    • Resilient to stress
    • Analytical and synthetic mindset
    • Methodical, very rigorous, and affinity for working with numbers
    • Open-minded and proactive in finding solutions
