Who are we looking for?


We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner BENE/ Controller for our Continental European (CE) business based in our Vilvoorde office.


BENE Finance & tax business partner:

  • Credit checks on customers and general contractors.
  • Monitor the financial health of key companies with a critical eye by being a strategic advisor for operational team.
  • Provide administrative support in respect of all relevant matters arising in the daily management of our French operations including Company Secretarial matters.

Corporate finance advisor:

  • Explore new product opportunities from finance perspective.
  • CE finance projects / process & tool improvement.

Financial controller:

  • Ensure the business reality is accurately reflected in the financials by striving for the highest possible analytical quality and safeguarding IFRS compliance.
  • Build a bridge between IFRS and local GAAP, enhancing insights and creating efficiencies.
  • Draft and review IFRS accounting policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
General support & continuous improvement

  • Drive improvements and enhance alignment among stakeholders, optimizing financial processes and workflows.
  • Create value by identifying and implementing automations to enhance overall efficiency in the finance space.
Who are we looking for?

  • You have a Master's degree in Finance or Economics or relevant working experience (5 years) within the Finance/ accountancy domain.
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have the ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • You have an eye for detail and are deadline driven
  • You are a true multitasker with adequate organisational skills

In Continental Europe we are active in 7 countries, including offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan and Paris.
