Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem, Belgium), specialized in the inspection, maintenance and repair (MRO) of the advanced LEAP jet engines that power the latest generation of the Airbus A320NEO & Boeing B737MAX narrow body families. To strengthen our Technical Department we are looking for a Production Support Technician

to write work instructions and methods and to provide production means in order to guarantee the good progress of the work in the workshops and the good quality of the work delivered to the customer.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Technical Department as a Production Support Technician
with a specific focus on Service Bulletin management & Nomenclature management.

Your role:

Service Bulletin management:

You execute the Engineering tasks to be able to implement SB (modifications) on engines;
You coordinate all aspects to enable SB (modifications) on an engine in our organization (including contact with OEM trough CSC process);
You analyze and coordinate aviation authority documents (as responsible or backup to another person);
You ensure explanation of the process for audits ( ISO/EN, certification or customers);
You ensure interest in analysis and processing of complex technical documentation.

Nomenclature management:

You perform works in the following groups of nomenclature: illustrated parts catalog, parts groups, workscope;
You perform general works in SAP linked to changes in nomenclature: modification sheet, characteristics, part numbers, intervention options;
You coordinate all aspects to enable adjustments of the nomenclature in our organization;
You participate in nomenclature meetings with other group level sites.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or aeronautics, preferably with a first experience.
You speak French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other national language and you are willing to improve your skills. You also have a good knowledge of technical English.
You have good knowledge of mechanics, engines and engine parts.
You are an analytical and synthetic person and can anticipate.
You enjoy working in a team, in a multilingual environment and you are willing to support your colleagues.
