At our Ghent site we develop and produce advanced phenolic and epoxy-based materials supported by our on-site Automotive Solutions Center where customers collaborate on application development and prototyping Sustainability is at the heart of our operations with continuous efforts toward renewable energy use green mobility and alignment with global sustainability goals As a Quality Engineer you play a key role in safeguarding product quality and ensuring robust quality risk management across laboratory operations
- You translate automotive quality standards into practical effective processes
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead daily laboratory activities ensuring accurate reliable timely testing production release liOptimize laboratory workflows testing processes to improve efficiency consistency data reliability liImplement monitor quality improvement actions following up deviations non-conformities liPrepare support internal customer certification audits execution MSA studies liAnalyze data using SPC Pareto analysis structured reporting full traceability etc
