    Job Description

    Our HR team is currently looking for a HR Officer Training.

    Your role:

    • Administrative follow-up in various HR management systems related to Training & Development.

    • Manages administrative processes, plans daily activities such as tests, training, and medical exams autonomously.

    • Offers useful information to managers for better monitoring, managing, and developing their teams, reporting any potential issues.

    • Contributes to the implementation and communication of HR policies and rules, ensuring compliance.

    • Creates Purchase Requests in the ERP system for HR-related purchases.

    • Handles various personnel data with impeccable respect for confidentiality (GDPR).

    • Contributes to legal and regulatory compliance, reporting issues when necessary.

    • Provides support to HR management for various HR reports and Key Performance Indicators with accurate and complete data.

    • Offers support for improvement of different HR processes and participates in the implementation of various improvement projects.

    Job Requirements

    Your profile:

    • Bachelor degree, or similar by experience.

    • Good language skills (Dutch, French, English).

    • Administrative background with experience in Learning & Development (and a Learning Management System) is a plus.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel).

    • Team player with excellent communication skills.

    • Well-organized with the ability to apply an effective planning methodology.
