About Our Client:

My client operates in
FMCG as one of the biggest players globally.

You are part of a team that masters data of the organization.

It's an aligned function cross market that checks data consistency and approves requests while managing Data Quality & Mass updates.

You must ensure that that Master Data stays fit to run the business activities on an on-going base, despite increasing business process complexity (further process diversification) and system landscape.

The challenge is to handle the complex relations between data and systems, with an increasing demand on data quality and speed-of-change.

You are in charge of:

Delivery of Information and Data in support of business objectives & within SLA's.
Support all markets in on vendor and customer / pricing objects (focus on PIRT markets : East Balkans, West Balkans, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, South Africa and UK)
Manage the workflow of data assets related to customer / pricing and vendors
Rigorous end to end governance of Europe data assets related to Customer ,Vendors, pricing.
Full compliance to all regulations and requirements governing information and data
Ownership and responsibility for maintenance of corporate terminology and lexicon of data terminology ( Business rules, business processes and Data quality)
Coordinate data governance activities throughout Europe related to Customer and Vendor Data Objects
Proactively support data quality by measuring (KPI) and validating master data by data cleansing and data status management
Operate compliant to audit rules and monitor compliance by active reporting process
Keep Master Data processes efficiency on high level
Support business projects where DMO help is needed
Use Internal Key Controls as a tool to improve Audit control
Harmonize DMO processes across Europe markets in order to be able to share and back up each other
Stakeholder management in an increasingly complex model.

The Successful Applicant:

Bachelor or Master level
Strong communication skills
Fluent
English verbally and written
Working precisely
Problem Solving & Analysis
Ability to develop in line with the DMO envisioned expansions
Facilitates effective team interaction
Able to combine High Quality data processing together with multiple country support
Delivering results and meeting business Units expectations
