Job summary
We are looking for a mid-level professional to join our Employee Relations Team as a Case Manager. The successful candidate will provide high-quality service to all stakeholders on employee relation matters, including performance management, disciplinary matters, accommodations, dispute resolution,whistleblowing investigations,
sickness management,
and return-to-work coordination.
The role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to maintain high-quality content for Employee Relations guidelines and policies.
