YOUR ROLE
Do you want to plan and coordinate a project from start to finish? Are you customer-orientated and do you want to work in an international and dynamic work environment? Do you have a strong expertise in a managerial role? We are looking for you

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an Area Manager, you have to ensure that operations are fully in line with Customer expectations and contractually KPIs; that tools and techniques relating to "Operational Excellence" are applied; that business units and EHS policies as well as budgets are respect

  • In your job as Cluster Manager, you will:
  • Support site Managers in their daily responsibilities (operations, operations excellence programs, HR, finance, EHS and quality)
  • Ensure that the policies, directives, and objectives of the area are well applied and achieved on the various sites of the area
  • Ensure site objectives are realized
  • Ensure that all contractual requirements are met and implemented
  • Maintain highlevel relationships with current and potential customers
  • Inspire through vision, coaching and leadership
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who likes challenge and want to work in a highly dynamic environment. You go for the extra mile for the customer and you know how to make the him happy.

Next to that, you are a natural communicator, a people manager and you have negotiation skills as well as decision-making capacities.


Education and Experience:

  • University level or equivalent professional level + additional post graduate training
  • 5 years of experience as Site Manager or in a general management position
  • Experience in logistics and/or transport
  • Experience with labor relations
  • Change management skills
  • Knowledge of HR, Finance, EHS, logistics operations
  • Commercial communication skills
  • Operational excellence techniques
  • Management of larger groups
  • Fluent in English and French, written and verbally
