    Waar kom je terecht?

    • Een accountancykantoor te Herentals

    Wat zullen je taken zijn als juridisch medewerker?

    Binnen de onderneming fungeer je als aanspreekpunt en raadgever voor onze klanten en accountants over juridisch advies bij bedrijfskundige kwesties.

    Je kan jezelf expert noemen in minstens twee van de volgende domeinen:

    • Personenbelasting
      • Compliance en advisering
      • Bezwaarschiften
      • Fiscaliteit m.b.t. Nederbelgen
    • Successieplanning, erf- en schenkbelasting
      • Advisering
      • Familiale vennootschappen
      • Opmaak contracten en/of begeleiding bij testamenten, huwelijkscontracten, bankgiften, schenkingsakten, ...
    • Vennootschapsbelasting op het niveau van herstructureringen en vastgoedtransacties.

    Profiel

    • Je genoot een masteropleiding in een relevante richting, aangevuld met een aantal jaren werkervaring binnen een juridisch fiscale richting.
    • Je kan je inleven in de noden van onze klanten en oplossingen op maat uitwerken.
    • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan adviezen vlot omzetten, zowel mondeling, als geschreven.
    • Je hebt een sterke zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief.
    • Je bezit een flexibele ingesteldheid.
    • Je engageert je voor een langdurige samenwerking.
