We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst, Business Technology Liaison to join our team. This role is located in Brussels, BE - Hybrid model.

Team Description:

Working with a collaborative global team to achieve goals and targets. The successful applicant will work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

The teams work with several dynamic tools and systems to assist in the monitoring and resolution of tasks and use up to date technology to collaborate with internal colleagues.

The role requires good attention to detail, effective communication skills and the ability to escalate potential risks to both peers and management.

Job Purpose:

The scope of duties and responsibilities that you will acquire and assume may encompass, but are not limited to:

Technology liaison
Facilitating and supporting functional and user testing by coordinating and planning activities.
Supervising junior testers to ensure timely testing and proper reporting of bugs and defects to the technology team.
Acting as a mediator between the business and technology departments to resolve technology issues and enhance business processes.
Reporting and escalating highimpact risk items affecting clients and the business.
Support to users
Investigating, documenting, and analyzing problems reported by users and operational teams within Portfolio Services.
Responding promptly and accurately to user queries.
Identifying gaps in training and serving as a liaison between the Strategy and Operations teams.
Providing temporary workarounds and tracking fixes until they are implemented.
Escalating incidents as necessary.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Selfmotivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fastlearner, attention to detail
Fluent in English
Ability to prioritise, multitask and work under time pressure
Strong and confident communicator
Ability to escalate potential risks to both peers and management.
Previous Testing experience
Corporate action, Income or Tax experience
Financial services experience
