We are looking for our new, motivated and ambitious _
_Inside Sales Representative__ that will take care about our existing customers and ensure a regular contact with them to _
_help to make the best use of the CERM Business tools__ to improve their business processes while _
_introducing the latest system enhancements and modules of the CERM system__.

_


The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the CERM Sales and Admin teams and reports direct into the Director of Global Business Development.
**- Initiating sales calls to existing customers and

  • Monitor various marketing and sales databases.
  • Maintain regular contact and strategy Teams sessions with our customers to drive sales of CERM addon modules.
  • Maintain the CERM customer base.
  • Provide demonstrations of add on modules to prospects.
  • Initiate outbound sales calling campaigns together with the marketing team
  • Track and manage sales cycles for CERM add on modules.
  • Responsible for business reporting and forecasting for their assigned customers through use of the CERM ZOHO CRM.

Job Requirements:


  • Experience in printing industry preferred
  • Strong customer satisfaction orientation
  • Good presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in writing
  • Enthusiastic learner
  • Proven ability to work as a team member and individually to achieve set objectives

Essential Skills:


  • Superior verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages like Dutch, French or German are a big advantage.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work proactively in both independent and team situations.
