Responsibilities:


  • Answering incoming calls with questions about price, delivery date, packaging units, credit notes, returns, etc.
  • Sending outgoing calls + mails to customers regarding questions/updates on orders
  • Daily sort & receive in Salesforce
  • Delivering a copy of the invoice, drawing up the delivery note, confirmation of return mail, etc.
  • Look up price quotations and information in tenders that are linked to an order
  • Handling and following up complaints
  • Planning transports (pickup order, delivery order)
  • Democenter (organizing demos for certain devices at the customer)
  • Order registration of consumables and capital goods
  • Creating customer files and keeping them up to date in SAP
Your qualification

  • Holds a bachelor or master degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales role
  • Used working with more complex material (chemistry, pharma, medical, technical,...)
  • Very good knowledge of SAP (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
