Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls with questions about price, delivery date, packaging units, credit notes, returns, etc.
- Sending outgoing calls + mails to customers regarding questions/updates on orders
- Daily sort & receive in Salesforce
- Delivering a copy of the invoice, drawing up the delivery note, confirmation of return mail, etc.
- Look up price quotations and information in tenders that are linked to an order
- Handling and following up complaints
- Planning transports (pickup order, delivery order)
- Democenter (organizing demos for certain devices at the customer)
- Order registration of consumables and capital goods
- Creating customer files and keeping them up to date in SAP
- Holds a bachelor or master degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales role
- Used working with more complex material (chemistry, pharma, medical, technical,...)
- Very good knowledge of SAP (Salesforce is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
