Role purpose

Responsible for local project success
Accountable for maintaining the local project plan

Detailed activities

Complete the requirements questionnaire (at least 2 weeks before the workshops are due to start)
Start building EDA Local knowledge by ensuring all workshop attendees perform the online familiarisation training and quiz BEFORE the workshops commence.
Keeping to the agreed project scope with the incountry project team
All new requirements/changes raised after questionnaires to be tracked via the programme's Change request process (only musthave; anything else needs to go through standard Global CR process)
Local/Country Project Manager will develop detailed project plans to guide local stakeholders and project teams. Maintain and revise project plans based on changing needs and requirements.
Scheduling of meetings with local stakeholders and management teams to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs.
Identify and assign project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of individuals and project teams.
Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery.
Coordination of workshops, breakout sessions and meetings to ensure effective resolution to issues and deliverables are understood and approved by relevant stakeholders.
Providing weekly status reports to the Global Program Manager and other Stakeholders.
Identify, document, manage & mitigate local project risks and issues
Scheduling & running weekly meetings
Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.

Profiel

As part of a large HRIS project, which is being rolled out from our global organization to the countries, we are looking for a Project Manager with experience in guiding such change processes.

This PM will supervise the integration for 4 entities and help look for interface possibilities between this global HRIS program and the local systems.

We are not looking for a seasoned IT professional, but someone with experience in supervising such projects, preferably with an affinity for HRIS.
