Your Role:

An experienced SAP SuccessFactors Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team in the EMEA region.

You will have a deep understanding of the SuccessFactors suite of products and services, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate these solutions to potential customers.

You must be willing to travel up to 40%.


Your Responsibilties:


  • Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and opportunities, and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the features and benefits of the SuccessFactors suite.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as implementation consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure proposals and solutions are feasible and aligned with the customer's needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in developing and closing deals, including answering technical questions and addressing objections.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the HR technology industry, and share knowledge and insights with the team and customers.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop collateral and content that supports the pre-sales process, such as case studies, white papers, and presentations.
  • Design innovative solutions to address customer challenges and present customised story-driven demonstrations, align with key business values and solution differentiation.
  • Present at marketing events, road shows, webinars and technical briefings when necessary to support the sales community in the generation of sales leads.
  • Assist in the sales handover process to the project management team ahead of project start date.
  • Coach and mentor existing solution consultants and newer members of the pre-sales solution team.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our competitors and assist our sales community in competitive solution positioning.

What do you have to offer:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  • At least 57 years of experience in presales or sales engineering roles, preferably in the HR technology industry.
  • At least 5 years of deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors products and services, including Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Learning, Recruiting, and Succession and Development. (Certification a plus)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Fluent in French and English, preferably one other language spoken in the EMEA region.
