- Customer Relations: Respond to customer queries (phone & email) to resolve disputes related to deliveries, returns, and pricing

- Order Management: Process and manage orders from receipt to delivery; address issues promptly and inform management of significant deviations.
- Team Development: Share skills and knowledge to foster continuous improvement and team spirit.
- Enhance Performance: Explore process improvement opportunities and automations for efficiency; ensure compliance with all procedures.
- Professional speaking Dutch and French with conversational English
- Experience in a customer service environment
- PC literate and competent data entry skills in Excel
- Basic knowledge and understanding of supply chain
- Team player with excellent time management skills and good attention to detail
