About Our Client:

Our client is an international organization operating succesfully on a national & international level. They offer unique services to businesses and individuals (B2B & B2C) worldwide.

For their multicultural & diverse team in Zaventem, they are looking for a HR Generalist / Officer to strenghten their HR department.

As the HR Generalist / Officer, your tasks will consist of:

Recruitment & selection
On

- / off
- boarding

Benefits & personnel administration
Develop talent & development projects
Organize team building activities
Manage the fleet for Belgium & the Netherlands
Be the main point of contact for HR related questions
Report to the HR Director
Internal & external communications

The Successful Applicant:

Min. Bachelor in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
Fluent in Dutch & English (both oral & written) any other EU languages are a plus
Min. 2 years experience in HR
Good knowledge of the Belgian Social Legislation
You are proactive and like to take initiatives
You manage well priorities
You are social and have a healthy level of empathy
