PROJECT MANAGER OLIGOS

Mission

  • The project manager is responsible for the overall project management of assigned projects within the agreed timelines, budget constraints and profitability expected by the company and the customers

She/he:
- ensures that project covers customer needs and requirements;
- prepares, manages, and orchestrates development and manufacturing projects;
- secures project deliveries (qualitative and quantitative objectives) are in line with contractual agreement and customer satisfaction;
- establishes intensive interactions with the customers & numerous project internal and external stakeholders.


Main responsibilities**- Pre-Sales responsibilities & duties- Provide technical and scientific expertise/assistance to the Business Development team.

  • Evaluate project feasibility, define project roadmap, and anticipate project risks/challenges by identifying adequate and available resources in interaction with all relevant parties.
  • Assist Business Development team with bids' preparation and new clients' meetings.
  • Prepare contracts and project assignments.
  • Ongoing project responsibilities & duties
  • Act as Single Project Point of Contact (SPoC) for the customer and the project team. Orchestrate all the customer and the Business Unit stakeholders.
  • Put in place the resources needed to complete the project, while complying with internal and external time and quality constraints.
  • Lead the project team by:
  • ensuring the transmission of information,
- gathering and structuring proposals and solutions,
- drafting and sharing meeting minutes, monitoring the actions that have the greatest impact on the critical path,
- taking the necessary decisions on time to ensure projects run smoothly,
- sharing project status and progress with the customer and the Business Line Manager by providing agreed reports, analyses, feedback, and results.

  • Anticipate project risks and mitigate them by working with all parties involved in the project.
  • Other responsibilities and duties
  • Be a driving force for continuous improvement within the project teams, and of working methods, processes, practices, PM tools and project governance during specific continuous improvement projects.
  • Handle complex questions related to the project, with the support of relevant departments.
  • Deepen technical knowledge and knowledge of the market by participating in different initiatives such as congresses, seminars, discussions with customers and other specialists, etc.

Your profile

  • Master in biology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry or Bioengineering (Organic Chemistry expertise or experience or PhD will be considered as a plus)
  • Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is required (+2Y)
  • Experience in managing complex projects including internal and external stakeholders is a plus.
  • Experience in managing biopharma customers is a plus.
  • Communicate effectively in French and English languages both written and oral.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to generate reports and presentations.
