We are currently hiring an EDC outbound Warehouse Planning Team Lead.

He/she is responsible, together with the Warehouse Planning team, for the daily management of EDC outbound workload:
guarantee on-time shipping of goods to our customers in combination with optimized operations productivity.

All of this with a data-driven approach in close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Execute and report:Make sure all critical roles are filled daily (holiday planning), and fill in operationally when and where needed (approx. 50% of the available time). Act as first person of contact in case of operational issues. Report to management on a daily basis workload status of the EDC.

Knowledge / Experience:

Distribution center operations:demontrable experience in planning or operational role in a distribution center. Knowledge of WMS systems (e.g. Manhattan).

International Transportation:knowledge on international procedures and documentation (customs, INCO terms).

PC and systems:advanced user of Windows office (Excel, Access, Power BI,...)

Languages:fluent in Dutch and English.

Practical:

The team operates in a twoshift system (06:0014:00 and 14:0022:00), so you should be open to work in this system for about 50% of the time.
