WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a driven and motivated Lead Business Product Manager to join our EMEA Supply Chain Analytics team at the Nike European Logistics Campus in Laakdal (Antwerp), Belgium and help us truly infuse our Supply Chain with Analytics.

The person that we're seeking is an outstanding teammate with relevant hands-on experience, work ethic and curiosity.


If this is you, you will lead the analytics product portfolio vision for all supply chain business value streams and the operating model of the Business Product Management practice.

You will lead alignment across multiple product visions and analytics embedment in the delivery of strategic operational capabilities.


Success in this role will require strong communication and partnership skills, the ability to prioritize work based on value and speed to value, while juggling multiple roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You'll lead and create a shared understanding of "Why" and "What" we should build by understanding the customer needs in an increasingly complex environment.


Product portfolio:

  • Build and maintain the product portfolio vision.
  • Focus on operations processes and strategy and ensure existing product roadmaps fit.
  • Continually evaluate and optimize business value delivered by the product portfolio.
  • Work crossfunctionally to standardize practices and adherence to agile methodologies.
  • Identify commonalities across the product lines and work with the other product managers to simplify the solution landscape.

Take an active role in defining the future:

  • Create and maintain a product vision for your dedicated business value streams, ensuring alignment to company strategy.
  • Build an effective roadmap to prioritize important features, considering the business impact and ROI.
  • Innovate within your product area by proposing bold features.
  • Communicate and align your product vision internally and among the wider community.
Be involved throughout all stages of the product lifecycle:

  • Understand current and future needs, define features, collect user stories, determine success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate customer satisfaction.
  • Follow feature development endtoend and ensure everyone is aligned.
  • Collaborate with other PMs in crossarea features to build unified solutions.
  • Relentlessly focus on what's best for our business.


As a good partner across the organization, you're highly available, involved and share the successes of the whole scrum team.


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The Lead Business Product Manager works cross functionally with business teams in Operations & Logistics and ensures alignment of product visions together with the rest of the BPM team.

On the product portfolio side, you'll work with Agile development teams and partner up closely with program managers and lead technical product managers, to maximize business value creation through analytics.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience with lean portfolio management methodologies.
  • Track record introducing and scaling new analytics products.
  • Advanced critical thinking and ability to creatively solve complex, unique problems with large business impact.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English is required
  • Ability to negotiate internally with customers and being a liaison between business and tech teams.
  • Great teammate and comfortable collaborating with others.
  • Detail orientated and excellent planner who can prioritize.
  • Selfdirected and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
  • Great influencing skills without authority.
  • Experience in a Logistics & Supply Chain environment is a plus.
