The role

Delivering high-quality support services, including installing updates and resolving technical issues.

Your profile

Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience in IT support, particularly with software, networks, and architecture.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer solutions remotely and in person.

Fluent in English en French, with the ability to work in an international environment.
