    Job description
    For our food company Sanorice Zottegem, we are looking for Operators 2 shifts.

    An operator can work in different departments :

    • As a puff operator, you are responsible for the production of quality waffles (rice, corn and multigrain). You are independently responsible for setting up and operating the puffing machines. Your responsibilities include pressure, temperature and baking time.
    • As mixing operator, you are responsible for preparing the grain mixtures for the various types of waffles. You also ensure that these mixtures end up on the right production lines.
    • As a chocolate operator, you are responsible for delivering quality chocolate wafers. As a puff operator, you also manage the entire chocolate process. This ranges from preparing various chocolate mixes to operating the chocolate machines.
    • As a coating operator, you will be responsible for delivering quality coated wafers (from savoury to sweet). You will ensure that the puffed wafers are coated with a water or oilbased coating: you will prepare various coating mixtures and ensure that these are added to the wafers via various processes.
