As a Proximus Graduate, you will be part of a program aimed at nurturing & developing young professionals in the field of Technology.

It offers you the opportunity to shape a
safe & digital society while working in an inspiring, supporting & Agile environment.


The Technology Track immerses you in the forefront of technological advancements, exposing you to the future challenges of 5G, fiber, network, IT, and cybersecurity.

You'll gain hands-on experience working on
impactful projects that transform the way we communicate, interact, and experience the digital world.


With
three assignments in different Business units over 8 months, you'll gain a 360° view of our activities, contribute to impactful projects, gaining end-to-end responsibilities & high visibility within the company.

All this along with a Personalized Growth Plan and mentoring by our Graduate community, Senior Managers & Experts.

Your Profile

  • You possess a genuine interest in our activities & a strong passion for innovation & emerging technologies.
  • You are fluent in either French or Dutch, along with an excellent command of English, enabling effective communication in a multicultural environment.
  • You are eager to learn & invest yourself fully in the Program, embracing the opportunities é the challenges it offers.
  • You thrive in Agile work settings where collaboration & adaptability are valued.
