    We are looking for a Soft Service Supervisor to join the team at ExxonMobil Brussels Campus.

    The candidate has a good knowledge of French, Dutch and English (oral and written).

    Location: Exxon Mobil, Brussels Campus, Machelen

    Key deliverables

    • Deliver best practice facilities management at Brussels Campus consistent with client business needs, compliant with local regulatory requirements and in accordance with all corporate policies/procedures. In accordance with the client work order

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordination of the handy man activities for Tenant Services according to FM Tender contract agreements.
    • Ensure compliance in safety to create a safer work environment, with as result zero accidents.
    • Maintains strong client communications to align service offerings and service levels with current client business needs.
    • Manages the delivery of efficient and cost-effective Facilities Management services, such as maintenance, mailroom services and cleaning. Emerge, appearances and grounds, technology works, and other soft services contracts.
    • Ensures compliance with all local regulatory requirements and with corporate policies/procedures including the OIMS System and Security guidelines.
    • Execute supervisors role on Safety and take the lead during the feedback sessions.
    • Ensure that feedback sessions take place within 24 h and reported timely.
    • Coordinate office moves requests in accordance with EM / TSS
    • Manages and motivates contractor personnel to achieve compliance to E&PS (Global Real Estate Facilities) Core Expectation Guidelines
    • Keep an overview of the costs in soft service.

    Working knowledge of real estate and or facility management disciplines.

    Knowledge of facility related regulatory requirements and ExxonMobil expectations including OIMS and CIMS requirements.
