As an experienced client HR Consultant, you support the client HR team in efficiently setting up the client software. In this way you help the team get the most out of the possibilities that client offers.

All this contributes to more insight, lower costs and more job satisfaction for the HR team and its internal customers.

Configurations and optimizations in client have no secrets for you.

Implementing and optimizing an client HR design;
Analyzing customer wishes and translating them into a project design in client
Understanding and improving HR work processes;
Include the HR team in all the possibilities that client offers.
Guidance from colleagues & sharing client knowledge.
You work together with the ICT team and the client HR project leader.

What will you bring as an Client Consultant HR?

Extensive experience with the design within client HR;
You are a real connector who continuously connects with the right colleagues;
You are just a nice person with excellent Consultancy skills
Hybrid working: You find a good worklife balance important. You are at the office in Brussels with the HR team 2 days a week.
Dutch and English are a must.
