Description:

In your role as Scrum master:

  • You organize the scrum ceremonies and create an optimal working environment for your team by removing obstacles on a daily basis.
  • You inspire and support the team to take ownership and organize themselves as well as possible. You give opportunities and possibilities to your team to grow.
  • You install an agile / SAFe mindset of continuous improvement
  • You are the first point of contact for team planning, from feasibility to release in production.
