For one of its clients, Robert Half is currently looking for an HR Officer (h/f/x).

Our client is a fast-growing company located in Mons region.

To join the international Team, as an HR Officer, you will be responsible on the following tasks:

Your tasks will include:

Provide the business with the highest quality talent
Recruiting and sourcing
Coach, challenge and advise hiring managers on HR matters
Work close with the other members of the HR team
Bring innovative ideas
Onboarding & Offboarding
Learning & Development
Manage talent across the group
Employer branding
Participate on HR projects
Other Soft HR tasks

The qualifications required for this job are as follows:

You have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
You are eager to learn and grow into the HR team
You have attention to detail, are proactive and communicative
