- You have 2 - 5 years of working experience within a consulting firm, industry, or governmental organization
- You have a degree in Data Analytics, AI or IT Engineering or in a strong relevant technical experience
- You have full working proficiency in Dutch (NL) and English
- Ability to effectively work across all phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with performing analysis, consulting, and providing recommendations to clients
- Good knowledge of relevant technology concepts ( cloud, databases, Business Intelligence, software development and integration)
- Good understanding of data modelling, integration and data architecture is an asset
- Strong communication skills , as well as excellent prioritization capabilities, problem-solving skills and you strive on interpersonal relationship building
- You are eager to further develop your people management skills , including managing a team of Technical Analysts, and supporting them in terms of career development
- You have experience with gathering, defining and documenting business and solution requirements for the enhancement, replacement, or introduction of IT systems
- You have experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
- You have experience in functional and technical design within Data Analytics and AI projects
- Ideally, you have experience with: analyzing systems and procedures , process design and modelling, and documenting 'As Is' and 'To Be' assessments for a Target Operating Model conducting workshops and interviews stakeholder management and working collaboratively with Development and Testing teams to deliver high quality solutions that meet client and user business needs delivery of large-scale business/technology programs
