Fedasil, the federal agency for the reception of asylum seekers, is looking for a senior IT Project Manager, with confirmed experience in the implementation of New Way of Working solutions based on Microsoft 365 solutions.

You will be responsible for the successful deployment of Microsoft 365 projects, mainly:
Setting up a new Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID): As a basis for the move to Sharepoint and Teams, the organisation needs a suitable Active Directory, which will contain the necessary roles and access for staff.
Communicate with and manage stakeholders (business lines and reception centres).
He/she will establish a good understanding of the Agency, its expectations and needs, and define the different streams of businessfocused IT modernisation.
He/she will prepare and deliver presentations and facilitate decisionmaking among stakeholders.
He/she will lead and support the operational teams in the training/coaching process.
He/she will represent the project in line with the client's culture, ensuring that the objectives of quality, transparency, audibility and value for money are met.
He/she can work handson and go into details when necessary.
He or she will play a key role as change manager and change agent for the New Way of working.
