ICARE Executive Search, a recruitment agency, is looking for a Marketing Officer for a permanent contract based in Brussels.

As Marketing Officer, you develop, implement and optimise marketing campaigns across different channels.

Moreover, you realise marketing objectives for the organisation and are able to generate sufficient leads for sales by means of an appropriate mix of marketing activities.

To this end, you work closely with sales and other departments within the organisation and move from outbound to inbound marketing.

Meeting and reporting on the digital marketing campaigns and checking them against the organisational goals (ROI & KPIs).
Communicating and paying attention to our total solutions and their added value for our customers.
Providing internal and external newsletters, writing catchy content, liaising with trade press and digital platforms.
Supporting sales in the organisation of trade shows, presence at these shows and correctly speaking to customers and prospects.
Identify trends and insights of the market
Working closely with internal teams to topic and optimise landing pages.

Profile

Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Content/Inbound Marketing

Experience with SEO/SEM, mailings, social media, advertising campaigns, marketing database, ect. Good knowledge of the necessary tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Office,...)

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Indesign is an asset

Excellent in Dutch + good knowledge of English
