As PMO Officer you will be responsible to develop and support project management and implementation process for the portfolio of strategic projects of KI EMEA & APAC.

This portfolio consists of large investment projects part of our Vision 100 strategy.

What is your role at KI?

In this role you will take on a coordinating role for a project portfolio in different functions / regions consisting of several sub-projects.

You will work closely with the respective sub-project owners and various stakeholders to coordinate all project related matters across the board.

You will prepare reports for the Business Strategy Unit of KI EMEA & APAC and collaborate with colleagues from different functional teams and regions of KI managing the strategic projects.

The main responsibilities are:

Guide and support project owners in the implementation process by using project management methods and tools, planning, risk & change management, document management, etc.

Contribute to the standardization, harmonization and continuous improvement of the process and tools in collaboration with the Knauf Group colleagues

Implement standard and efficient reporting on the progress of projects from KI portfolio for different Knauf and KI decision makers

Track and
report project status and create standardized reports/dashboards

Assure quality and coordination of project management processes

Act as communication interface for the project owners and HQ
Contribute as team member in different strategic projects with data collection, analysis and report preparations.

What is your profile?
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in
business or
engineering

You have an understanding of the
project management and implementation, methods, stakeholders, tools.
You have experience with quality assurance, project documentation, and facilitation of the project team communication
You have advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
You are able to
prioritize and manage different topics at the same time
You have excellent
communication skills (both verbal and written) and are able to communicate and present in a convincing and structured way
You have excellent stakeholder management skills
You have
good interpersonal skills, and are able to adapt to different stakeholders on all hierarchical levels and build trusted relationships to influence demand
You are a
team player and work in a structured manner
You have proven
leadership skills (as influencer), entrepreneurial skills (selfstarter)
You have a service and results oriented attitude
You are fluent in English. Working knowledge of French and/or German is a plus
