EMEA ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS MANAGER

• The EMEA Enterprise Applications Manager is responsible for the EMEA Enterprise Applications across the organization and leading the EMEA Enterprise Application team. This role is responsible for the effective & efficient operational support and evolution of all internally and thirdparty managed Enterprise Applications used to support all business processes, data management and integration across the enterprise._
• The EMEA Enterprise Applications Manager is also responsible for managing the EMEA Enterprise Architecture in terms of EMEA Enterprise Applications and their combination into the EMEA ECOSYSTEM at Tosca._

Tasks and responsibilities
Application Service Management

• Working with business departments to ensure good coordination of Enterprise Application changes and projects without impacting business processes.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of business needs
• Developing and tracking operational metrics to ensure operational SLAs are met, and identifying areas for improvement
• Maintaining quality of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Enterprise Architecture

• Working together with other team members and our business to develop a baseline Enterprise Architecture plan, roadmap and approach for Tosca EMEA Enterprise Applications
• Working together with PMO to define, analyze, document and convert ideas into actionable projects for Tosca EMEA
• Attending and contributing to different stakeholder and leadership meetings on roadmap definition and implementation

Vendor management

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within EMEA Technology on Enterprise Applications domains ( Sales & CS, Operations, Finance, Integration, Business Intelligence & Traceability)

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Masters' degree, or equivalent through experience
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate a vision that inspires and motivates
• Proven customer focus skills and ability to predict the impact of technology change on employees
• Excellent service management planning and execution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated project management acumen
